Meet the Flamingo Fitness Family
Our journey began after our family trekked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in the Spring of 2023. Although physically challenging, it allowed us a beautiful, uninterrupted space to discuss our goals, passions, and dreams. Our oldest son, Taylor, a long-time fitness enthusiast, expressed his desire to help people reach their fitness goals by creating a gym with high-quality equipment, training and nutritional products, all hard to find in our area of Guanacaste. We realized there was a need in our community for this type of gym. Once we saw the space, the vibe and the views at the Marina Flamingo, we knew we had to make it happen....Flamingo Fitness was born.

Flamingo Fitness has now become a captivating family venture with Taylor designing, leading and managing the gym, Charles managing website and operations, Kelle designing Salud Wellness Bar and consulting on business operations and younger brothers Trevor and Hudson helping at the front desk between workouts. We take great pride in presenting this amazing gym with quality equipment, staff and air conditioning! We look forward to being a part of your wellness journey. Pura Vida!
