At Flamingo Fitness, we offer a range of fitness services tailored to your needs, including Open Gym Memberships for independent workouts, Semi-private training sessions for more personalized attention in a small group, Large Group Classes both in the gym and in the Marina Lobby, 1:1 Personal Training, and other Special Programs. Whatever your fitness goals, we have the right service for you!
Gym Memberships
Join the Flamingo Fitness gym family in our beautiful, air conditioned marina setting with private bathroom and shower! Not a class person? No problem! Work out on your own schedule and enjoy the cardio area, free weights, machines, racks, TRX and more.
Just visiting? Purchase our Day Pass, 1 Week or 2 Week Pass. Here for a few months or all year? Check out our packages, choose your start date, schedule time to pause if you travel, etc.
Semi-Private Training
A semi-private group training class offers the perfect balance between personalized attention and a fun, supportive community. In this setting, a small group up to 6 individuals work closely with a dedicated trainer, allowing for tailored workouts and form correction. This collaborative approach not only enhances fitness results but also makes exercising a more enjoyable and social experience, keeping you motivated and committed to your goals. Bring your family and friends and workout together!
Group Classes
Flamingo Fitness has access to the beautiful outdoor spaces at Marina Flamingo where we offer Barre, Boot Camps and more. Pop-up Beach workouts and Run/Bike/Swim Clubs will meet at the gym and return for stretching and a smoothie!
Inside the gym, we offer Group Classes such as Kickboxing, Functional Fitness, GAP (Glutes, Abs, Legs) utilizing TRX, Circuit Training, HIIT, Tabata, machines, bands, Functional Training and more. These classes will utilize the 4 quadrants of the gym: cardio, free weights/kettle bells, machines and racks (barbells, TRX, Boxing bags, etc.) all conducted in a motivating and encouraging group setting with our expert trainers.

Fit and Fierce
This 8 week semi-private women's only group class will provide you all the tools you need to:
• Feel stronger and more energized,
• Help you increase metabolism and lose weight
• Improve sleep quality
• Work towards healthy bones
• Improve posture and balance
• Decrease risk of hot flashes in menopause
Fit and Fierce is taught by certified female trainer Karien Harwell and includes:
• 2 days a week, 1 hr. Full Cardio and Strength Building class (See Schedule)
• Small group setting with individual attention paid to each participant
• Each workout is different to challenge your body and mind and build cardio endurance (HIIT, TRX, Circuit Training, AMRAP, EMOM, Machines & Free Weights)
• All ages and levels with modifications offered for individual needs
• Guidance and coaching in setting with realistic and small sets to work towards bigger goals

Teen Fitness Class
This semi-private group class is especially designed for young men and women ages 12-18. Whether you are new to working out, want to improve your strength and agility for a sport you play or take your workout to the next level, this class is for you! Our professional trainers customize each class for you in a fun small group. This class runs after school in 4 week sessions. To sign up and get more information, click the button below.
Fit Over 50
We are excited to bring you this special program with trainer, Karien Harwell. This is the same format as our popular Fit and Fierce class but tailored to women 50 and above.
Would you like to maintain and improve your strength, reduce your risk of injury and be able to keep doing your daily activities without getting fatigued?
This 4 week program will help you improve your strength by targeting every muscle in each session and increase your energy level with elements of cardiovascular work suitable for all levels of fitness.
Balance exercises will be incorporated to decrease the risk of falling and weight bearing exercises to preserve and improve bone density.
You will work joint mobility through dynamic warm ups and stretch sessions at the end of each class which will increase the overall flexibility of your entire body.
If your goal is to be FIT for LIFE, this class is for you!
